Ironically, before this there was another foreign company, which was also the founder of William Hill LLC. But we won’t consider it now. Let's just say that this is an offshore legal entity in the British Virgin Islands. Where Russian law enforcement agencies cannot reach.

The current parent company was registered only in August 2021. And this company is just another offshore legal entity. Only registration is now in Cyprus. And everything seemed fine. Companies began to be pushed into strict limits. Now all founders and management must be located in Russia. And register right away. Therefore, the owners will also have to change owners.

By the way, according to Kommersant, she tried to sign a franchise agreement with the original British bookmaker. They tried to do this at the very beginning of 2014. But at that moment nothing worked. Because the British refused to even consider the deal. And in 2 years a brand like Pin Up will appear.

True, the “mooing” is not over yet. According to a company representative, they spent 2 years searching for tenants. What they were actually doing all this time is unknown to us.

That is, purely theoretically, a user from Russia who does not understand technology will not even be able to see the license. Because they promise to “show” it on a blocked site. And on a blocked source, which was opened via VPN, the section with documents simply did not work. But we managed to find information about the company that manages one of the mirrors of this casino. And this company is registered in Cyprus. And they received a license from the Curacao regulator. And this is a separate big topic that we will definitely touch on today.

Everything is played out in such a way that by registering on the site, a person confirms that he does not have limited legal capacity. But this is not a very serious approach.

The casino reserves the right to make any changes to the current agreement. In other words. They won't even warn you that changes have been made. And of course, all changes are made unilaterally. In addition, the site user is already responsible for independently updating the agreement. What is hidden behind this formulation? Everything is very simple:

1. You will not be notified of changes to the terms.
2. If you haven't noticed a change in conditions, that's entirely your problem.

And naturally, 99% of players will not be able to find out about the changes. Because the user agreement section is hidden securely.
