The Opera browser allows you to visit various sites and perform various operations using the Internet. With its help, many users visit social networks where they communicate with friends. One of such services is VKontakte.
It includes not only messaging but also a ton of entertainment content. It’s not uncommon to watch videos or listen to audio recordings there. As a result, there was a need to download music from VK to your computer in order to listen to files without an Internet connection.
Vk Saver
Vk Saver is a simple and convenient add-on for the Opera browser, which provides the ability to download any videos, multimedia files and audio recordings on the pages of the VK website. After installing it, a button called “Save” will appear next to the audio file. If you click on it, you will be automatically redirected to the mp3 file download page. Here you can select the desired quality of the song, as well as where to save it. To install the latest version of VKSaver you need:
- Launch the Opera Internet browser.
- Go to the menu, then select “Extensions” from the list of options that opens.
- Go to the “Download extensions” tab.
- Enter the name of the tool in the search engine.
- Select the required add-on from the search results.
- On the installation page, click “Add to Opera”.
- Wait for the installation procedure to complete.
- Reload the page.
Using a bot on Telegram
Few places mention this method of easily getting all the songs from VKontakte to your computer, but in vain, because the risk of losing access to the page is minimal. To download VKontakte music you only need to register in Telegram and give a command to the bot. The method is available both on mobile devices and laptops/personal PCs.
1. Open the desktop version of Telegram and search for the bot - @vkm4bot

2. Click “Get Started” and familiarize yourself with all the features of the bot.
3. On the VKontakte page, open access to your audio recordings to all users.
4. In a chat with the bot, enter the command - “/user vk.com/address_of_your_page” and press “Enter”.
5. The response message from the bot will contain a list of all songs from your playlists.
6. To download, click on the selected song, wait until you receive a message with a direct download link. Be patient, it may take 2-3 minutes.
7. Click on the download icon. When it ends, open the file location or listen directly in the program interface at any time.
Among the disadvantages of this method, it can be noted that you will have to download music one track at a time, and the bot may also be banned, but finding another one will not be difficult.
Kenzo VK
Kenzo VKontakte is an extension for the Internet browser that offers the user a number of interesting and useful features. Using it you can:
- Download audio files and see their quality.
- Remove functions that interfere with work (advertising, group offers).
- Edit the title of a song and its artist.
- Change the default “Play” icon.
You can download Kenzo VK on the extensions website using a special search form or the “Social networks” section.
How to download music from VK via Google Chrome and Yandex browser
Since these two browsers run on the same engine, most of their extensions are the same. So I combined them into one section.

It’s worth warning right away that this program was removed from the Play Market due to a violation of the rights to use musical works without prior licensing.

Absolutely all of the listed methods for downloading music from the VKontakte website to a computer have their own drawbacks:
