How to create a publication yourself

First you need to open materials in the group. To do this, go to management, select “Partitions” and enable this item. Then go back to the community. You will need the page id. These are the numbers from the address bar after the word club.

Next, use the link https://vk.com/pages?oid=-*******&p=Name. Replace the community address with it. Instead of asterisks, insert your id and replace the name with the name of the section. Please note that it cannot be changed. You can write in Russian, with spaces and numbers.

Click “Fill with content” and the editor will open. Now you will need the address again. This time it is important to copy the first part of it, up to “?act...”.

Be sure to save it in a separate document. Since the page is not pinned yet, you will lose it.

Switch to markup mode by clicking the <> icon on the right. It has more features and works without errors. Nothing complicated here. Create subheadings, paragraphs, and arrange photos the way you like. To do this, you can use the toolbar or tags:

Hello, friends! Recently on VKontakte it became possible to add articles. Unlike Odnoklassniki, articles can be added both in groups and on personal pages. In this article I will tell you everything about the VKontakte article editor. Read, repeat! This is a really cool feature!

The article editor allows you not only to write some content, but to format it in a similar way to any article on the site. Of course, there are certain differences, but by and large this editor is a revolutionary breakthrough in communication with readers and subscribers.

In order to go to the Article Editor, you need to click on the editor icon on the right side of the adding entries window.

You will immediately be taken directly to the Editor, at the top of which your account will be displayed on the left, and on the right side there will be two tabs “Articles” and “Publication”. At the bottom of the window, under the question mark icon, you will find help, which is mainly informative, so read the article to the end to quickly understand the editor.

Actually, working as an editor is very simple. A hint on how to get started is directly in its window. Do so. Start with the title!

As soon as you take a short pause after typing it, the editor will make the first automatic save of the draft of your article (an additional tab of the “Drafts” tab will appear to the right of the “Articles” tab). This protects you from forgetfulness and other unpleasant incidents. In the future, you can always refer to the saved draft.

For typing, the editor provides the ability to add headings, subheadings and just text. Moreover, when you select a specific fragment in the pop-up menu above it, you can perform additional formatting, including inserting links.

The editor allows you to quickly insert three types of Media files. The type of inserted content is selected quickly by clicking on a special icon that appears in each new paragraph.

While typing an article or during its subsequent design, you can insert pictures into the text. Pictures can be inserted in four different ways: from your VKontakte album, from a computer, by direct copying from the Internet or via a link. You don't have to think about the size of the picture. Watch the following video about inserting an image into the text of an article. It shows how to easily insert an image larger than 2000 pixels wide.

Unfortunately, you won’t be able to upload videos from third-party resources into your article, but you can insert any uploaded VKontakte video from your video albums, or from a link. Inserting GIF animation is only possible from the folder of your documents or group documents.
