I don't like to write articles like this, but it seems to me that many young developers of social games and applications should know what they are dealing with. I’ll say right away that I have always had an extremely positive attitude towards Contact and considered it a good and very healthy company. But now I’m faced with such dirty tricks that it’s just a shame for the company.
So, the point is that thanks to one of the projects, a certain amount of votes (a little more than 10,000) has accumulated in my account, which it’s time to cash out. And imagine my surprise that everything turned out to be completely different from what was promised! I have always been guided by the information posted on VKontakte in the “developers” section:

But this asterisk is in the paragraph regarding the withdrawal of votes on the treaty. Yes, under the asterisk it says “all prices”. But this is somehow completely far-fetched.
And nowhere is there any mention of an income (???) tax of 13%.
Those. in essence, it says “you will get about 3 rubles.” You click on the “receive” link and happily receive 2.15 rubles. Why 3 rubles became 2.15 - you have to guess for yourself.
Honestly, after this I don’t even know how to feel about “contact.” It seems like a large, reputable company. But I didn’t expect such dirty tricks...
By the way, I’ll say one more thing - I have concluded agreements with “My World” and “Odnoklassniki”. So everything is fair and transparent there. If “classmates” say that I will receive 50 kopecks for one of their payment units (analogous to the “vote” of VK), then this means that I will receive 50 kopecks. I am an individual entrepreneur without VAT and receive 50 kopecks. If I worked with VAT, I would still receive the amount that, after paying VAT, would be equal to these 50 kopecks. Yes, I would also have to pay 6% income tax, but that’s my problem.
As for the votes, I’ve decided not to cash them yet. Somehow I don’t want to lose almost 10 thousand for no reason. It is also impossible to sell them to another person (except that it is prohibited), because a limit has been set on the transfer of votes between people at 100 g/day. Accordingly, it will take 3 months to sell votes at this rate 
The only option is to find a person who wants to pay for a VKontakte advertising campaign, take money from him and pay for him with votes. But this is somehow dreary and incomprehensible. It turns out that the RK of applications for votes was also disabled.
In general, if you are a young developer looking towards Contact as a platform for developing applications and making money, then count your income immediately not at 3 rubles per vote, as the contacts want to present it, but at 2.15.
